Registration for the 2012-2013 Preschool Year
It is hard to believe that it is time to start enrollment for the 2012-2013 preschool year! Registration for current Hazelwood Christian Preschool families, Parent Day Out families, and church families begins on Wednesday, February 1. Open enrollment, which is for families in the community, begins on Wednesday, February 15. To reserve a spot, please return the registration form with the registration fee promptly. Enrollment in the programs is based on the day and time the card is received. To download a copy of this card or for more information about our class description, please go to the Forms page. February Community Service Project
In 1 Peter 4:10, it is stated, “Each one should use whatever gift he has received to serve others, faithfully administering God’s graces in its various forms.” At Hazelwood Christian Preschool, we would like to help our students reach out to the community, using their own gifts while showing God’s love.
During the rest of the semester, the students will be decorating lunch sacks that are used to provide sack lunches for the Muncie Mission. We are partnering up with the Women’s Organization at Hazelwood Christian Church for this project.
During the month of February, we will have a canned food drive that will benefit Christian Ministries Food Pantry in Muncie. We will be collecting these items until Friday, March 2. You may send in the items with your child and we will have a collection box in the rotunda.
We are looking into other community service projects that our students in which our students can participate. If you have any suggestions or ideas, please let us know!

4-5 Year Old Parent Teacher Conferences
Parent Teacher Conferences are scheduled for February 16, 21, $23. You can sign up at the January chapel or by contacting Mrs. Sterrett. Thank you for the wonderful response to discuss your child's progress.
PDO's Parent's Night Out
The PDO will have their February Parent's Night Out on Friday, February 10 from 5:30-9:00 pm. This is for children ages 12 months - 2nd grade. The theme for this month is Valentine's Day Fun. To download a registration form, click here.
